What is Gymfest you ask?  

GymFest is our end-of -the-year performance when students in the GymKids and CheerTumbling programs perform routines they have been learning since February.  As you might recall, we spend the Fall semester working and exposing the kids to as many different skills as possible.  During the Spring, it is important for the kids to get a chance  to combine those skills and show you what they have learned!  Included in each routine is your child’s own “Star Skill”.  This is usually the most advanced skill they are trying to learn. 

What will they do?   

At GymFest, the kids will perform individually and as a team with their teacher.  They even get a part in naming their “team”!  As a bonus, the kids will wear the same leotard or TEGA shirt to promote “team” spirit.  At the conclusion of GymFest, every child will be recognized and presented with a gold medal.  There is no better way to end a year of fun and hard work than at GymFest! 

What do we need to do?   

Of course, bring all of your family and friends!  We had almost 100% participation last year - so fill out this form and return it to TEGA by: Friday, March 5th. 

Final GymFest schedule will be out April 12th!
