Our GymKids have a great time progressing through friendly and non-competitive classes designed to provide increased skill development as they mature. Our classes are divided according to grade and ability level (bronze, silver, gold), and our curriculum is based on the USAG Junior Olympic Program and our 25 years of experience teaching gymnastics to children. Boys and girls can enter the program at any age and begin building skills and self-esteem that will help them be successful now, and in the future. Sign up today!
What do the experts think?
Some experts say the greatest benefits of gymnastics training are the increased strength, balance, coordination, agility and grace. Others believe it is the perseverance, poise, confidence and determination that ultimately benefit the child the most. We believe, without a doubt, that it is both! Gymnastics training is a requisite for kids who want to learn how to become the best versions of themselves. Sound gymnastics training is for ALL kids!
What should my child wear?
Girls should wear a leotard or athletic shorts and a t-shirt. Boys should wear athletic shorts and a t-shirt. Clothes should not restrict movement. Bare feet are best. Hair should be pulled up securely, with no bows or items that interfer with somersaulting. No jewelry or gum allowed.

Sorry. New students only.
What is GymFest ? This is our end-of-the-year performance held on a Saturday at the end of April. All recreational students get a chance to perform routines and "show-off" their progress to friends and family. Each class combines to form a team and selects a leotard or t-shirt for the performance. At the conclusion of GymFest each child is recognized and presented with a gold medal. There is no better way to end a year of hard work and fun!
What will my child do in class? You can expect to see each class start with a short warm-up followed by 3 rotations to individual events. The students get a chance to practice on all the Olympic apparatus, as well as trampoline. Classes conclude with a short 3 minute activity and a final word of encouragement from their instructor. During the year kids will participate in lesson plans like the "TEGA Challenge." During this week the kids are evaluated on specific skills and earn ribbons for their effort.

What level is my child? Our classes are divided by age and ability. Please reference your child's age for placement. Students that have been in our program typically know their proper group placement. However, we make it easy on our customers and offer complementary placement evaluations at no cost. This 15 minute evaluation is conducted by a trained coach and will help students get started in just the right class. As a student progresses, they will move through all 3 levels of the program.
